Bartolo Valastro launched his renovated bakery version in 1964 at Adams Street. He later moved its location to Washington Street, Hoboken, where he met a huge customer need for his creations.
Carlo’s Bakery thrived on Washington Street under the management of Bartolo Sr. for over twenty-five years. However, he unexpectedly passed in 1994, prompting his family to carry his legacy.
