  • Opening times: Daily – 11am-10pm

Many of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant concepts reflect his British heritage, and there’s nothing more quintessentially British than fish and chips, a classic combination that is considered the UK’s unofficial national dish.

However, this being Gordon Ramsay, we’re not just talking about standard fish and chips that you can find in a local “chippy” – this is something far more special.

Just like with his burgers, here Ramsay takes the humble fish and chips to a whole new level but without altering the essence of what it’s supposed to be. This means juicy battered fish accompanied by a portion of delicious “chips” – or fries, as they’re better known Stateside.

Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips at LINQ is the place to go for a casual dining experience – expect the food to come served in cardboard cartons, a nod to the traditional practice of serving it in old newspaper.

Alongside the classic British cod and chips, you can also expect some fancier and more indulgent versions, with options like lobster to tempt those looking to try something different. Or you can try it with a battered sausage, a somewhat underrated British favorite.

The chips come served as “natural” for traditionalists or “dirty” for the more adventurous, with the latter option allowing you to choose from a selection of irresistible toppings. There’s also a range of sodas, beers and sweets to finish it all off – if you still have space.

Yet another of his British-inspired restaurant concepts, Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill brings you just about the most authentic English pub experience in the whole of Vegas.

Inside, you’ll find two main areas, the pub area and the restaurant. The pub is dominated by a long bar decorated in typical British style where they serve 12 beers on tap along with a wide range of bottled beers from the UK, the US and the rest of the world.

The other half of the establishment is given over to dining tables in various sections, and there’s also a private dining room for those who prefer a more discrete setting.

The food itself is based on classic British pub fare, but as you would expect in a Ramsay establishment, the dishes have been rethought to make them worthy of a gourmet Vegas eatery. This is food above and beyond what you are likely to find in an average pub in Britain.

The pub is located conveniently in the casino at Caesars Palace, making it a great place to duck into when you need a drink and a break from the gambling.

Just like all of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants, the service is impeccable, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is fun and lively – so if that’s the kind of place you’re looking for, this is a pub and restaurant that won’t let you down.

The plush bustling restaurant is located near Harrah’s Meeting Rooms escalators. Its vast dining room can seat more than 240 guests who get immersed in the simple décor filled with sophisticated items that make the contemporary design come to life.

Ramsay’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Las Vegas is not open for take-out or delivery, just dine-in. It is an upscale restaurant for those who need business lunches or a late dinner with your favorite person.
